Prodops specialist agile coach

We are seeking a passionate and experienced ProdOps Specialist (Agile Coach) to join our team in a hybrid model based in Campinas, Brazil. This role focuses on supporting and improving product development operations within our supply chain technology teams, fostering an agile culture, and driving continuous improvement across squads.

Key Responsibilities

Act as an Agile Coach for multiple squads, guiding them in adopting and improving agile practices.

Support the implementation and refinement of operational models and methodologies to ensure process adherence and consistency.

Monitor squad performance metrics (e.g., velocity, lead time, throughput) and facilitate discussions to identify and implement improvement opportunities.

Partner with Product Owners and Engineering Managers to align on team goals, roadmaps, and execution.

Foster a culture of transparency and collaboration by facilitating retrospectives, planning sessions, and workshops.

Contribute to the creation and maintenance of dashboards that track squad maturity, efficiency, and product delivery metrics.

Strong knowledge of agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.

Experience with tools like Azure DevOps and Power BI for reporting and analysis.

Excellent facilitation and coaching skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse teams.

Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).

Hybrid model: 3 days per week onsite in Campinas, Brazil.
