Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in understanding and qualifying customer needs.
- Lead technical demonstrations and POC initiatives to highlight product value.
- Address technical inquiries and ensure our solutions meet client expectations.
- Draft technical proposals and assist in the RFP response process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
- 5+ years in a similar pre-sales capacity within SaaS/cloud technology.
- Experience in retail operations and ability to interpret business workflows.
- Exceptional communication skills, fluency in Portuguese and English required.
