What you’ll do:

• Be part of a software engineering team, directly contributing to the validation and approval of functionalities on both front-end and back-end platforms.
• Ensure compliance with Acceptance Criteria.
• Participate in refinement meetings to understand the requirements for the next testing cycle, identifying blockers if necessary.
• Actively engage in Agile ceremonies.
• Ensure that bugs are properly reported with all necessary information.
• Advocate for the user experience when communicating with product, design, and technology teams.
• Identify issues, risks, and dependencies, escalating and managing them when necessary.
• Promote and uphold best practices within the team and across the company.
• Collaborate with colleagues to build and maintain tools for kontrol development, automation, and process improvement in releases.
• Manage kontrol repositories.
• Monitor kontrol results.
• Track, generate, and analyze kontrol metrics.

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering/Computer Science, or related IT fields.
• Professional experience in software testing using black-box testing techniques.
• Experience with manual testing and documentation.
• In-depth understanding of testing concepts at all stages of the software development lifecycle.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience in kontrol specification, preparation, execution, and reporting.
• Experience in defect analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of kontrol automation processes, tools, and frameworks such as Playwright, Appium, and Pytest.
• Experience with Git version control commands.
• Familiarity with software development and programming languages such as Python and JavaScript.
• Experience with CI/CD tools.
• Knowledge of performance testing (k6 is a plus).
