What you’ll do:
- Be part of a software engineering team, directly contributing to the validation and approval of functionalities on both front-end and back-end platforms.
- Ensure compliance with Acceptance Criteria.
- Participate in refinement meetings to understand the requirements for the next testing cycle, identifying blockers if necessary.
- Actively engage in Agile ceremonies.
- Ensure that bugs are properly reported with all necessary information.
- Advocate for the user experience when communicating with product, design, and technology teams.
- Identify issues, risks, and dependencies, escalating and managing them when necessary.
- Promote and uphold best practices within the team and across the company.
- Collaborate with colleagues to build and maintain tools for kontrol development, automation, and process improvement in releases.
- Manage kontrol repositories.
- Monitor kontrol results.
- Track, generate, and analyze kontrol metrics.
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering/Computer Science, or related IT fields.
- Professional experience in software testing using black-box testing techniques.
- Experience with manual testing and documentation.
- In-depth understanding of testing concepts at all stages of the software development lifecycle.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Experience in kontrol specification, preparation, execution, and reporting.
- Experience in defect analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of kontrol automation processes, tools, and frameworks such as Playwright, Appium, and Pytest.
- Experience with Git version control commands.
- Familiarity with software development and programming languages such as Python and JavaScript.
- Experience with CI/CD tools.
- Knowledge of performance testing (k6 is a plus).
