As our Senior Culture Analyst, your mission will be to develop initiatives that connect EBANX’s values with the daily lives of ebankers.

You will also be responsible for:

• Actively participate in the cultural review process, conducting internal diagnostics on culture, internal communication, and diversity.
• Work closely with our ebankers to reinforce the values and sense of belonging to the company’s culture.
• Contribute to the development of the ebanker journey by implementing the EVP in different processes.
• Create and review content for internal and external channels, such as career pages, Glassdoor, social media, communications, among others.
• Develop actions that reinforce our employer brand, both internally and externally.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses on culture, employer branding, and internal communication, and develop continuous improvement plans.
• Support the organization of virtual and in-person events and cultural actions when necessary.
• Drive our engagement strategy by mapping, reviewing and connecting the entire employee journey at EBANX.

Main requirements for this position:

• Experience with culture, employer branding, internal communication, and people engagement projects.
• Collaboration and team spirit.
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English.
• Skill in facilitating groups and engagement dynamics.
• Experience with data processing and analysis.
• Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills.
• Creative writing and effective communication.
• Project management and organizational skills.
• Resilience and adaptability to rapid changes.

• Knowledge of tools such as Lattice, Mailchimp, and Google Sites.
• Experience with global audiences and technology companies.
