What You Will Be Doing
- Support reconciliation activities by verifying and cross-checking financial data across multiple platforms and systems.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by identifying discrepancies and investigating their causes.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and analysis to inform decision-making and highlight potential errors or improvement areas.
- Utilize Excel to organize, analyze, and report data, ensuring all discrepancies are flagged and addressed on time.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate findings, share insights, and help streamline processes.
- Continuously analyze data to identify trends, discrepancies, and potential improvements in reconciliation and other back-office functions.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis, organization, and reporting.
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Power BI, Looker, or other data management platforms is highly desirable.
- Ability to handle and interpret large datasets and provide actionable insights.
- Bilingual in Portuguese and English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all work.
- Great communication skills to collaborate effectively with different teams and share findings clearly.
