We are looking for a Back Office to join our company.

What You Will Be Doing

• Support reconciliation activities by verifying and cross-checking financial data across multiple platforms and systems.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by identifying discrepancies and investigating their causes.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and analysis to inform decision-making and highlight potential errors or improvement areas.
• Utilize Excel to organize, analyze, and report data, ensuring all discrepancies are flagged and addressed on time.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate findings, share insights, and help streamline processes.
• Continuously analyze data to identify trends, discrepancies, and potential improvements in reconciliation and other back-office functions.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data and problem-solving.
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis, organization, and reporting.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Power BI, Looker, or other data management platforms is highly desirable.
• Ability to handle and interpret large datasets and provide actionable insights.
• Bilingual in Portuguese and English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all work.
• Great communication skills to collaborate effectively with different teams and share findings clearly.
