Key Responsibilities

Relationship Building and Networking: cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers. Engage in networking activities, participate in industry forums, and build rapport with potential clients to position the company as a trusted partner and solution provider. Develop/maintain power map to understand decision power distribution; leverage the executive suite

Market Research and Analysis: conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive threats. Analyze industry dynamics, customer needs, and emerging opportunities to develop strategies for business growth.

Lead Generation and Prospecting: Responsible for generating leads and prospecting for new business opportunities. This may involve industry events, cold calling, and leveraging online channels to identify and engage with potential clients.

Proposal Development and Presentation: collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations tailored to the needs of prospective clients. They articulate the value proposition of the company’s products or services, address client concerns, and negotiate terms to secure new business opportunities

Negotiation and Deal Closure: lead negotiations with potential clients, seeking to reach mutually beneficial agreements that meet the company’s revenue and growth objectives. They negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts, leveraging their understanding of client needs and market dynamics to secure successful deals.

  • Team player, not only inside sales org. but specially with functional areas like planning, supply & regulatory;
