Technical Support And Troubleshooting

In this role you’ll make an impact by:

• Provide expert technical support for baking processes using enzyme solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure optimal performance of baking operations.

Client Visits And Assessments

• Conduct on-site visits to client facilities to evaluate and enhance their baking processes.
• Provide tailored recommendations to improve efficiency and product quality.

Collaboration And Solution Development

• Work closely with clients to develop and implement innovative enzyme-based baking solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.

Training And Education

• Train clients on the use of enzyme technologies and baking equipment.
• Develop and deliver educational materials and workshops to enhance client knowledge.

Industry Trends And Research

• Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in enzyme applications for baking.
• Conduct research to continuously improve and innovate our product offerings.

Documentation And Reporting

• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, technical issues, and solutions provided.
• Prepare reports and documentation to support client projects and internal processes.

Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
• Act as a primary point of contact for technical inquiries and support.

Quality Assurance

• Ensure that all solutions and recommendations adhere to industry standards and regulations.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of enzyme applications in client operations.

Potentially Relevant Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Baking Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in the baking industry, with a focus on enzyme applications and technical service.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
