Who will you be working with?
Our best-in-class IT team is looking for a Product Delivery Manager to join Wabtec and build out the next generation of our platforms. They will be a key leader for our Information Technology (IT) function focused on driving and communicating product strategy, leading cross-functional projects and programs related to core technologies like VMware, OpenShift, Red Hat Linux, and Oracle.
How will you make a difference?
The ideal candidate is a hands-on project manager, özgü significant experience in developing software solutions and IT third-party technical relationship management. - Technical program and product management experience, specifically in the software engineering space.
- Experience in documenting product requirements for both IT and product applications in a medium to large-scale organization.
- Proven experience working in both Agile and Waterfall project management environments.
- Practical skills in product requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation for infrastructure-related hardware and software products.
- Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent project management and program delivery skills, including experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to present to and influence leadership.
- Proficient in data analysis and using insights to drive continuous improvement of HR technology offerings.
- PMP, Scrum, or other relevant certifications.
- Experience working in a global, matrixed organization
- Exposure to IT technology implementation and change management
- Strong technical background and understanding of IT infrastructure architectures in the Public Cloud, VMware and physical on-premises.
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills.
- Advanced/Fluent English.
What will your typical day look like?
- Manage complex, multi-workstream projects and programs to drive the implementation and adoption of new IT technologies.
- Coordinate efforts for the complete project and product lifecycle, from conception to delivery and ongoing maintenance.
- Translate product needs into quality requirements for stakeholders and project teams.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to review requirements, deliverables, issues, and risks.
- Adherence to IT PMO standards and requirements.
- Budget management, delivering projects on time, on budget, with quality.
- Own the product roadmap and strategy for key IT platforms and services.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to gömü requirements, prioritize initiatives, and deliver impactful solutions.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from IT leadership to business partners.
- Leverage data and user insights to make informed decisions and continuously improve the IT offerings.
