About The Job

  • As a Junior Business Development Analyst (SDR/MDR), you will be an integral part of a high-impact team focused on generating new business opportunities and expanding our client base. Your primary mission will be to identify and qualify leads, scheduling meetings for our Account Executives. You will interact directly with potential clients, playing a key role in Dadosfera’s growth.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with leads through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other platforms, qualifying them based on predefined criteria.
  • Prospect and qualify leads across multiple channels, including LinkedIn, Google, and other relevant networks.
  • Create prospecting lists aligned with Dadosfera’s products and solutions.
  • Develop email sequences to engage and qualify leads.
  • Schedule meetings for Account Executives, coordinating availability.
  • Manage and update all sales activities directly in the CRM (HubSpot)

Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a higher education or technical course.
  • Knowledge of prospecting and lead qualification.
  • Familiarity with sales techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience as an SDR (Sales Development Representative) or BDR (Business Development Representative).
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
