Job Title: Learning & Assessment Consultant (ELT Representative)

We are Cambridge University Press & Assessment, a world-leading academic publisher and assessment organisation and a proud part of the University of Cambridge.
We are looking for dynamic and results-oriented Learning & Assessment Consultants (also known in the industry as ELT Representatives) to join our team in Brazil. We are looking to appoint across multiple locations as stated above. In this role, you will be required to travel extensively to meet with clients within the region. This role is pivotal in ensuring that Cambridge meets and surpasses its sales and group contribution targets for the market.
About The Role
The Learning & Assessment Consultant will need to stay ahead of market conditions and trends to deliver sales promotion campaigns and plans that will deliver multiyear market revenue and contribution growth.
Financial: Responsible for managing personal expenditure in an accurate and timely manner and in accordance with expenditure policies.
Sales:
- Deliver, and handle sales promotion campaigns.
- Construct a pipeline of Opportunities (Learning & Assessment) in Salesforce and actively move these opportunities to closure.
- Plan use of time and resources, prioritize accounts, and continuously and rigorously research both customers and market to inform activity and ensure highest returns.
- Provide support for all customers by facilitating post-sales adoptions, liaising with Cambridge departments.
- Field face to face customer visiting.
Pazarlama: Work in collaboration with the Brazil Pazarlama Manager & Area Sales Manager to ensure sales teams and Pazarlama are aligned to meet targets.
Channel: Responsible for commercial relationships in the territory.
Compliance: Embody Cambridge University Press and Assessment values and ethics to ensure that all ethics and compliance policies are enforced. To foster ethical behaviours within the market and ensure that any issues are reported as promptly and fully to global compliance colleagues.
Reporting duties: Report detailing sales activities, competitor activity, product feedback and market trends, Opportunity pipeline and top Opportunities.
About You
- Educated to degree level in a relevant field or equivalent
- Experience of successfully delivering business development and sales plans and targets in publishing and/or assessment.
- Thorough understanding of Cambridge and competitors’ Learning and Assessment product ranges is an advantage
- Thorough understanding of local education market
- B1 level in English (or above), and B2 (or above) in local language is desirable
- Commercial awareness and acumen are essential.
- Financially literate.
- Highest standards of ethical behaviours and an ability to lead by example is essential
- Ability to think strategically
- Results-oriented professional
- Good presentation skills
