Tasks

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align pazarlama efforts.
• Perform industry and market analysis, including market mapping of various countries in Latin America.
• Utilize market analysis tools such as Euromonitor and Mintel.
• Critically evaluate data and convert into insights.
• Monitor raw material prices and evaluate retail prices.
• Manage leads
• Identify regional opportunities and white spaces.
• Interface with associations
• Track competitor movements and provide trade reports.
• Assist Regional Pazarlama Manager with product porfolio
• Perform other pazarlama tasks as needed.
• Execute all activities with responsibility and professionalism, in compliance with the company’s policies, norms, and procedures.

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in pazarlama, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
• 2-4 years of experience in related areas.
• Data-driven with strong analytical skills in Excel, Google Analytics, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
• Understanding of CRM systems.
• Strong communication skills.
• Team player and comfortable with multitasking.
• Ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
