Join our LATAM People & Organization (P&O) Team and play a key role in translate business challenges into people requirements at Novonesis and support the business growth across LATAM. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make an impact by aligning HR practices with business priorities while fostering trusted relationships with key stakeholders

Welcome to the LATAM P&O Team

Following our merger of two leading bioscience companies, with a workforce exceeding 10,000 employees worldwide, and 600 at LATAM, our P&O team plays a pivotal role in driving the organization’s purpose by partnering closely with the business to shape and implement our people strategy. We deliver a wide range of advisory services and expertise across various P&O-related topics, ensuring that our approach aligns with the unique needs of the business. From strategic, executional, and tactical tasks to more analytical responsibilities, the P&O team ensures seamless integration of global P&O practices into day-to-day operations. This role is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by aligning P&O initiatives with business priorities while fostering trusted relationships with key stakeholders. By doing so, we empower leaders and employees alike to thrive and contribute to the success of Novonesis on a regional scale.

In This Role You’ll Make An Impact By

  • Acting as a strategic business partner and serving as the first point of contact for selected leaders, participating as a member of their leadership teams when relevant.
  • Representing People & Organization (P&O) by challenging assumptions, providing guidance, and coaching on P&O-related matters, including core people processes and ensuring the successful application of global people concepts.
  • Partnering with business leaders to identify talent gaps and develop strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent in alignment with business needs, collaborating closely with Regional Talent Acquisition Partners.
  • Delivering clear and concise communication and guidance to ensure efficient and aligned approaches across Novonesis.

Potentially Relevant Experience

  • Proven experience in a Human Resources Business Partner or similar role, with a track record of delivering strategic HR support.
  • Strong ability to build trust and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders across various levels of the organization.
  • A global perspective with the ability to navigate cultural differences and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Great communication and collaboration skills, with fluency in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
