Regional Legal Project Manager

Client: Legal Project Management Office

Location: São Paulo (Hybrid 3 days on-site/week)

Our client, a prominent Legal Project Management Office, is seeking a Regional Legal Project Manager to join a dynamic 4-person team. This role will lead cross-functional initiatives related to privacy, youth protection, AI, and accessibility. You will support legal and regulatory readiness programs while working closely with both legal and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the execution of legal projects across various regulatory domains; ensure timely delivery and alignment.
• Coordinate updates, escalations, and collaboration between regional and central legal teams.
• Execute core legal workflows (meetings, follow-ups, internal comms, tooling).
• Maintain secure governance, documentation, and communication processes.
• Manage competing priorities across several programs with speed and accuracy.
• Identify synergies, improve practices, and align with global legal initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Law, or a related field
• 5+ years of project management experience
• 3+ years of experience in legal, compliance, or risk-related roles
• Proven track record working with regulatory topics in the tech sector
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management
• Fluent in both English and Portuguese
• Proficiency in Google Suite or equivalent tools

Nice to Have

• PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification
