We are looking for a Security Copilot Technology Specialist specializing in Security LLM and AI solutions. You will work collaboratively and virtually with the Security Area Specialist to accelerate technical execution of Microsoft’s strategic business priorities; selling best-in-class AI, cloud services, and platforms to our managed customers and building digital transformation momentum for our customers, partners, and Microsoft.

You will spend time on qualified customer work, planning and orchestration, preparation, delivering customer requests (technical presentations, demos, trials, Proofs of Concept (POCs), compete positioning, workshops, etc.).

Responsibilities

  • Scale Customer Engagements: Engages with key customer technical decision makers while engaging digital sales team and helping lead sales strategy. Leads and ensures complex technical wins by establishing rules of engagement, leveraging knowledge of processes and tools. Ensures alignment of Microsoft technologies with future sector standards and requirements by working with industry boards and driving customer case studies and references. Leverages knowledge of internal resources and demos and proactively engages product to remediate escalated technical blockers by conveying impact and anticipating and addressing future potential blockers based on needs.
  • Leverage Partner Ecosystem: Scales wins through within the Microsoft ecosystem and supporting partner technical capacity by monitoring and analyzing resources through interactions, communicating with managers, and identifying new partnership opportunities to build subsidiary strategy.
  • Build Strategy: Builds competitive selling strategies, proactively developing strategic cross-workload/subsidiary and account level responses to market threats by identifying patterns and delivering feedback to business group on trends. Works with local account and pazarlama teams to shape strategic win and customer success plans for the local markets using knowledge of Microsoft offerings, the competitive landscape, and broader market trends.
  • Solution Design and Proof: Demonstrates and oversees demonstrations of solutions based on multiple products and position solutions against competitors. Leverages partner/customer teams as needed to prove capabilities and programmatic framework for re-use by the business.
  • Develop and Maintain Technical Expertise: Stays updated on latest developments and advancements in Security, including new tech, competitors, regulations and internal product and service offerings. Builds own readiness plan, grows product and industry knowledge, and practices expertise. Mentor internal virtual teams in solution area, identifies new opportunities, and monitors/responds to internal tech community posts.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
    • OR Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 2+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
    • OR Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 1+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years experience with developing and delivering customer demos/proof of concepts for Security across competitive offerings
  • 2+ years of technical experience and/or knowledge in ANY of the following:
    • Security operations, Threat Intelligence, Cyber Incident Response or Penetration Testing/Red Teaming and understanding on the role of AI in advancing cyber defense methodologies.
    • Regenerative AI and/or related technologies in the field of cybersecurity.
    • Operating system internals, OS Security migrations and challenges in Windows, Linux, Mac, Android and iOS platforms
    • Kill-chain model, ATT&CK framework, and çağıl penetration testing techniques
    • Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) systems
    • Major cloud and productivity platforms as well as identity systems and related security concern Cloud security technologies, architectures and concepts such as Zero Trust, cloud security posture management, cloud workload protection, Cloud code security and Cloud infrastructure entitlement management.
    • Microsoft security solutions (M365 Defender, Defender for Cloud, Sentinel) or, one or more related technologies.
    • Cloud security standards and frameworks such as CIS, NIST, CSA, etc.
  • Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English, Portuguese and Spanish.

Preferred Qualifications (PQs)

  • 6+ years technical pre-sales, technical consulting, or technology delivery, or related experience
    • OR equivalent experience
    • 4+ years’ experience with cloud and hybrid, or on premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management.
    • Advising Client Technical Decisions: Business Knowledge, Competitive Analysis, Driving Insight-Led Conversations, Strategic Technical Planning, Technology Industry Knowledge
    • Demonstrating Microsoft Solution Capabilities: Cloud Security, Formal Presentation Delivery and Storytelling, Microsoft Products, Pilots and Proof of Concepts (PoCs), Product Demonstration, Third Party Applications
    • Readiness for Deployment: Architecture Design, Sorun Solving, Quality Assurance, Troubleshooting
    • Certification in Microsoft 365 Security Administration or Azure Security
    • One or more of Industry certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, IAAP, or related.
    • Technical knowledge and/or experience with AI and LLM models including usage & prompting.
    • Technical Sales Acumen: Experience presenting the value of technology solutions and architectures through customer presentations, design sessions, POCs accelerating technical wins. Expertise in AI based extended detection and response (XDR), zero trust and cloud security solutions & architectures
    • Develop and maintain technical expertise: A technical specialist must stay up to date with the latest developments and advancements in security including new tech, competitors, and internal product and services offerings.
