As a Senior Account Manager, you will be part of our sales team with responsibility for managing important customers in Latin America. You will combine your skills for getting results and exploring commercial opportunities together with the Technical and Pazarlama teams and play a key role in driving the development of our business through biosolutions for the Oils, Fats and Biodiesel Industry in Latin America. You will also support the value of our biological solutions for our customers and coordinate sales projects while being the main customer interface. In addition, you will facilitate and enhance internal and external communications within our industry.

You Will Thrive In This Position If You Have

  • Graduated in Engineering, Sciences, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience (+ 10 years) with strong performance in sales related roles including account management.;
  • Solid knowledge and experience in sales related processes including sales cycle, opportunity management, solution selling, value pricing, forecasting and supply chain principles;
  • Strong business mindset, good presentation, communication and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to identify opportunities, customer needs and translate them into business results;
  • Ability on conducting contract negotiations and closure;
  • Skilled in relationship development with internal stakeholders, external customers and partners;
  • Familiarity with industrial processes and plants (preferably in the Vegetable Oil Industry or similar)
  • Strategic thinker and leadership skills (informal leadership);
  • Team player;
  • Willingness to travel – up to 50% of the time
  • Languages: Portuguese, English and Spanish are mandatory;
