What You Will Be Doing

• Develop and deploy AI prototypes in less than 24 hours to automate significant business processes.
• Take full ownership of AI solutions, from conception through deployment and continuous monitoring, without reliance on others.
• Drive ongoing automation initiatives by spotting new opportunities and refining existing solutions to align with dynamic business needs.

Senior AI Engineer Key Responsibilities

• Craft an innovative, AI-driven ecosystem transforming traditional pazarlama operations and community platforms into intelligent systems yielding 10x business impact.

Basic Requirements

• AI-First Mindset (if your first step is coding and then leveraging AI tools to verify or enhance, rather than using AI as the primary approach, this role may not be for you)
• A minimum of 5 years in software engineering
• Experience in integrating AI/LLMs (via APIs, prompt engineering, or automation) into practical applications
• Skilled in using cloud infrastructures (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and constructing scalable, distributed systems

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
