AMORIM is a consultancy specialized in International Solutions, providing for individuals and businesses who believe in a world without borders. We offer services related to international law, immigration, international tax, investor advisory and international business.

We are looking for a proactive and committed professional to join our team as an International Law Educator, with a background in Law and a passion for teaching.

The ideal candidate should hold a Law degree, preferably with a focus or experience in international law, and demonstrate a strong interest or initial experience in instructional delivery and educational program development. This role is focused on supporting the design, execution, and evaluation of internal legal training initiatives, with an emphasis on quality, engagement, and learning outcomes.

Your Day-to-day Responsibilities

Your daily tasks will include:

• Assist in the design and delivery of engaging training sessions, workshops, and learning paths focused on legal and international law topics;
• Apply educational methodologies to promote effective learning and knowledge retention;
• Monitor and ensure alignment between learning experiences and institutional educational goals;
• Support the creation and update of training materials, manuals, and visual aids;
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand learning needs and adjust content accordingly;
• Assist in evaluating training effectiveness through feedback, performance indicators, and continuous improvement actions.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

The Ideal Candidate For This Position Should Have

• Law Degree
• Fluent English (mandatory);
• Familiarity with educational methodologies;
• Excellent writing and organizational skills;
• Attention to detail and analytical thinking;
